Stephanie Grgurich

Stephanie Grgurich is the Vice President of Digital Experience at OSF Healthcare, an integrated healthcare system consisting of 145 clinical locations, including 15 hospitals and 26k employees, serving patients across the states of Illinois and Michigan. In this leadership role, Stephanie is responsible for developing the organizational strategy for digital innovation to expand and enhance the Digital Front Door experience for all patient served. In addition, Stephanie has operational oversight of the clinical and non-clinical contact center operations which includes triage and patient support services. With over 18 years of experience leading customer centric operations, Stephanie is passionate about the delivery of exceptional consumer experiences and the creation of digital delivery platforms that allow for frictionless interactions for both employees and consumers.
