Katrina Taylor is the Senior Advisor of Digital Experience for World Vision International—a global humanitarian aid organization committed to empowering the world’s most vulnerable children and their communities out of poverty. Through a human-centered approach, she leads fundraising offices around the world in creating digital experiences that transform the lives of both children and donors.
A digital innovator for over 12 years, Katrina is a passionate practitioner of customer empathy, epic storytelling and disruptive innovation. She believes agility, active listening and a laser-focus on supporter needs are the key ingredients to exceptional digital teams and experiences.
Katrina is a graduate of Dana College and holds a Master of Science in New Media from Syracuse University’s Newhouse School. She lives in Seattle with her husband and three dogs.
