Melissa manages Freedom Mortgage digital customer experience, and the capabilities teams that support this experience.  She has been in the Financial Services industry for fifteen years.  Her and her team keep the customer at the forefront of their work and are continually looking for opportunities to support a frictionless end to end experience.  Freedom Mortgage has begun this work but still has major initiatives underway to support this transformation.
