Joining TruStage, the direct-to-consumer brand of CUNA Mutual Group in 2014, Margo led the E-Commerce team’s effort to stand up TruStage’s first online application for life insurance. Her focus on consumer research and development of an optimization roadmap gained her recognition with a Values in Practice award.

That required TruStage to focus on expanding its media mix to reach a younger audience through a diversified and personalized data and connections strategy, creating experiences leading to conversion, retention, and engagement.
