Kristine’s research focus on HRM and IS has generated publications on mobile connectivity, the strategic impact of HRIS, gamification and recruitment, and the management of remote workers. Previously Kristine was a lead HRIS researcher at the University of Sydney. She co-founded the Digital Disruption Research Group, and has previously held management roles in the tourism, hotel and airline industries in Australia, NZ and the UK. She holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Auckland, an MBA from Melbourne Business School, and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.
