Dave Zatloukal is Executive Vice President at Hughes responsible for service delivery. His duties encompass business management, product and service management, customer service, billing, field services, network operations, network engineering and network security. As such, he is responsible for ensuring the successful operation of the Hughes broadband services for all North American market segments. In addition to his duties at Hughes, Mr. Zatloukal leads Global Information Services at EchoStar Corporation. Mr. Zatloukal brings more than 41 years of experience in business management, service delivery, information systems, and security and auditing in diverse industries including telecommunications, Internet services, banking, and catalogue sales. Prior to joining Hughes, he spent 14 years with AT&T in various assignments including directing a nationwide operations organization. Mr. Zatloukal earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Science from Western Illinois University and has participated in multiple executive management programs, including one at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business.
