Anjali Subburaj

Dr Anjali Subburaj earned her doctorate in physics and became a researcher and lecturer in physics at University of Mumbai before emigrating to the UK 1999. After changing career and starting in an IT support role, she progressed her technology career in architecture. Anjali then moved to Salesforce where she gained expertise in cloud architecture and achieved Certified Technical Architect status. Dedicated to her continuous professional development, Anjali then joined Mars, where she applies her extensive knowledge and expertise to develop innovative strategies in the area of Digital Commerce. Anjali is winner of Computing UK Magazine’s “Technology Hero of the Year” award for 2020. As a technology leader, Anjali believes in opening up the channels of communication between IT and business, in order to foster a culture of change that supports agility.
