Steve Trimbo has been with Dynatrace for five years. He leads the digital experience team that provides expert services to customers engaged in omni-channel business activities. He works with Digital Performance Management teams in retail, banking, insurance, and manufacturing industries. Steve collaborates with a wide range of stakeholders to provide them the insight needed to make informed decisions and sharpen their competitive edge. His goal is to ensure that Dynatrace customers provide high quality customer experiences based on the best Digital Performance Management practices and technology. Before Dynatrace, Steve was a Lead Architect at Target Corporation where he developed Target’s eCommerce platform. Steve set the direction, developed strategy, and led the adoption of emerging eCommerce technologies. Critical to this platform was the creation of an end-to-end monitoring strategy designed to detect impacts to customer experience and the development of an operations team to manage daily website activities on Target.com. Prior to joining Target, Steve was Director of Online Operations at Best Buy. While there, Steve led the integration of new functionality and third-party vendors into the BestBuy.Com website, as well as the development and implementation of a comprehensive monitoring strategy, website issue resolution and support of business and monitoring tools.
