Jeff supervises a team of production and site managers, web developers and publication team members for Microsoft’s Central Marketing Group. He is responsible for the publication of more than a dozen sites, including the Microsoft home page (www.microsoft.com), corporate information sites and specialized campaign pages. In conjunction with the publication of the sites, his team handles implementation of purpose-built and third-party targeting, experimentation and business intelligence components. Jeff’s team also provides similar services to Microsoft.com network sites not directly managed by the corporate marketing team. For nearly two decades, Jeff designed and implemented content management systems for newspapers and online publishers. Given his CMS background, he also consults with internal Microsoft stakeholders to ensure their CMS business requirements are addressed by engineering program management and development teams.
