Chris is a global product “guru” that manages airport operations, builds products that help airports be more efficient and helps them create a streamlined customer experience. As a content management rookie, he works closely with the various internal and external parties to enhance various product offerings to collaborate data and produce ROI among the airport world. Chris is a highly motivated and committed aviation industry professional with expert knowledge of interior aircraft dynamics, technology, and utilization strategy. He acquired firsthand knowledge of passenger preferences in fulfilling an in-depth competitive analysis project for the onboard brand management team of Continental Airlines. Chris leveraged seven years of front-line customer service experience to articulate amenity preferences statistically proven to succeed upon implementation. He has developed intimate understanding of consumer habits immediately valuable to aircraft interior design positions with the leading airplane manufacturers in the world. Prior to joining Rockwell Collins, Chris has made a positive difference within the airline industry by managing, influencing, and leading diverse cross-functional teams while building effective networks and positive results within various US airlines.
